Bajrang Chair

We operate out of Shop No 7 in the Trilok Darshan building. This is in Patel Estate, over in Bhayander East. We are quite close to Saibaba Hospital, which is how most people find us. Our business is mostly about chairs. We have all kinds of them piled up inside the shop. It’s a small space, so it can get a bit cramped when a new shipment comes in. We’ve been in Bhayander East for a long time now. The neighborhood has changed, but we are still here in the same spot. It’s a family-run kind of place. We don't have a lot of fancy stuff. There’s a small desk where we do the accounts and a lot of floor space for the stock. We don't have a big team of salespeople. It's just us. When a customer walks in, we just talk to them normally. No scripts or corporate talk. We’ve known some of our customers for years. The Patel Estate area is always busy with small businesses and trucks. It gets dusty and the summers are quite hot in the shop. We just keep the door open and have a fan running. It’s an honest living. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Mumbai. We just want to keep the shop running and help the people who come to see us. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbor from the shop next door. It’s a friendly, local way of doing things.
