We are based out of Bhayandar in the Golden Nest area. The office is actually in a residential-commercial mix, specifically flat 6/101 in the Sonamsavera building. It’s on the Bhayandar Road, so it’s easy to find if you’re coming from the station side. Since it’s a converted flat, it feels a bit like a home office, which most of us actually prefer. There’s a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. We handle info systems work, so the living room area is filled with desks and computers. It’s a bit tight when we have more than five people in here, but we manage just fine. The neighborhood is fairly busy, so there’s always noise from the street, but it’s part of the background now. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and talk about the local news. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and we’ll order some food from the place around the corner. It’s a simple setup for a small team. We don't spend money on fancy decor or expensive chairs. Everything here is for a reason, mostly just to keep the business running. It feels more personal this way, knowing exactly where everything is and who everyone is. It’s not a big corporate machine, just a small group of us trying to make a living.
