Hipax Ester Private Limited is out in Mankivali, specifically at Plot No. W-100 in the MIDC area. Working in the MIDC means dealing with the typical industrial atmosphere every day. It’s dusty, noisy, and there are always trucks blocked on the narrow roads. Our plot, W-100, is where all the ester production happens. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time monitoring the equipment and checking the batches. The heat from the processes can be quite a lot during the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. We are a private company, but we run it more like a small family shop where everyone pitches in. You won't find any corporate slogans on the walls here. We just have safety signs and a calendar that’s a few months out of date. Mankivali is a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where the industry is. We’ve put a lot of time into this place, fixing up the pipes and making sure the storage is secure. It’s just a regular industrial unit. We don’t try to sound bigger than we are. We just make the esters, pack them up, and send them out. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a production run, probably too busy to talk for long.
