We are located at 202 on the second floor of Jotiba Tower, right on the Mumbai Poona Road in Kalwa. Being in Thane means we see a lot of trucks and heavy vehicles passing by all the time. Our work is mostly about moving things and handling all the paperwork that comes with clearing goods. It is a busy office and there are always stacks of documents on the tables. The fans run all day and someone is always on the phone talking to the ports or the transport guys. We have been in this industry for quite a few years now, so we have seen how the rules and the routes change over time. It is not an easy job because there are always delays or some problem with the containers. But we just stay at the office and try to sort things out one by one. The building is easy to find if you are driving along the main road toward Poona. We don't have a lot of decorations or anything like that in the office. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files. Most of our days are spent tracking shipments and making sure the drivers know where they are going. We deal with all sorts of items, and every day brings a different set of challenges. We just show up, do the work, and go home when the lists are finally finished.
