We are based in Thane West, specifically at 201 New Rose Villa CHS on Daji Ramchandra Road in the Cherai area. It’s a residential building, so it feels a lot more like a home than a standard office building. We like it that way because it is quieter than being right on the main highway. Being in a CHS means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we keep things pretty low-key. We have our desks set up in one of the rooms, and there are always plenty of papers and folders around. The commute to Cherai is not too bad for most of us, and there are some decent places to eat nearby when we get a break. The office doesn't have a big corporate lobby. You just come up to the second floor and knock. We spend most of the day looking at numbers and reports. It’s quiet work, and we tend to stay focused for long hours. Sometimes we talk about the local cricket scores or what’s happening in the building. It’s a small group of us working here. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside, just a small plate so people know they’ve found the right villa. It’s a practical space that suits what we need to get through our daily tasks without any extra fuss or noise. It works for us, and that is what matters at the end of the day.
