Awapa Farms (Opc) Private Limited

We are based in Ulhasnagar, right opposite A Block at Subhash Tekadi. Our office number is 408/816. If you’ve ever been to Ulhasnagar, you know it’s a very packed and energetic place. There are shops and people everywhere. Awapa Farms is an OPC, so it’s a smaller operation run from this room. We handle all the farm management and the sales side of things from here. The office is right in the thick of it, so it’s never quiet. We have a lot of people dropping in to talk about business or just to say hello. It’s a simple room with a few chairs and a table where we do all the writing and the bookkeeping. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to make the farm side of the business work from the city side of Thane. Sometimes the heat in Ulhasnagar is pretty bad, so we keep the fan on high and just keep working through the afternoon. We have been at Subhash Tekadi for a while now and everyone knows us as the farm guys. It’s a practical way to run a business, staying close to the people and the markets. We just take care of the daily tasks and make sure the farm stuff is being handled properly without any drama.
