Aviance IT Services & Consulting is based in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. We are in B-503 at Gahlot Majesty, which is over in Sector 46A. It is a residential-looking building, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office. Being in Navi Mumbai is nice because it’s not as cramped as the main city. We have been here for a while and the neighbors in the building are used to us coming and going. The flat has been converted into a workspace with some desks and a lot of extension cords. We handle a lot of consulting work and IT help from here. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. There is a small balcony where we go to get some air when the work gets a bit much. It is not a flashy setup with glass walls or anything. We have a simple kitchen area where we keep the water filter and some biscuits for the team. Most days are pretty routine. We start in the morning, check our emails, and get to work. It is a quiet place which helps us focus on the technical details. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help businesses with their IT needs and try to be honest about what we can handle. The Seawoods station is close, which is handy.
