Avdhoot Stone Crushers is located over in Majiwada, up on the 12th floor of the Lodha Aristo building. It’s a bit funny being that high up when our business is all about crushing stones down on the ground, but that’s where the office is. From the window, you can see a lot of the city, which is nice when things get stressful. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of the crushers and the sites where the work actually happens. The office itself is pretty quiet compared to the noise of the machines we manage. We’re just a small team of people trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, and we have to stay late to catch up. We don't have any big fancy brochures or anything like that. We just talk to our clients and get the jobs done. Lodha Paradise is a big complex, so sometimes people get lost trying to find our wing, but we usually just guide them over the phone. We aren't corporate types. We’re just folks who know a lot about rocks and construction. It’s a straightforward life. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry too much about the rest. If the lift is working, it’s a quick trip up to see us. We’ve been here for a bit and know the area well.
