If you come to Thane, you’ll find us at Saifee Manzil. We are on the first floor. Arbab Travel Services has been around this part of Maharashtra for a while now. The building is an older one, which gives it a bit of character. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us. Inside, it’s usually a bit of a mess with visa forms, passport copies, and flight schedules scattered around. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to wait. It gets quite crowded in the afternoons. I’ve been working here for years and I know most of the regulars by name. People come to us when they are planning a trip or need help with their documents. We don't have a fancy website with chatbots. We prefer talking to people face to face or over the phone. Thane is a busy place, and Saifee Manzil sits right in the thick of it. Sometimes the noise from the street below makes it hard to hear the customers, but we manage. My colleague handles most of the ticketing while I deal with the more complicated stuff. We aren't a big chain. We are just a local travel office trying to help folks get where they need to go. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but seeing someone get their visa on time makes it worth it.
