You can find us in Flat B-1103 of the Sences building, which is located in the Handewadi area of Haveli. It’s a residential building, so our office feels a lot more like a home than a cold corporate space. We are way up on the eleventh floor, which gives us a pretty decent view of the surrounding neighborhood and the hills in the distance when the weather is clear. Handewadi is growing quite a bit, but it’s still much quieter than the center of Pune, which we appreciate. At Applied Business Solutions, we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the business tasks at hand. The flat is set up with some desks and chairs, and we’ve made sure there is plenty of space for everyone to work comfortably. We aren't big on formal dress codes or strict corporate rules here. Usually, it’s just a few of us working on computers and talking through ideas over coffee in the kitchen area. It’s a very practical way to run things, and it saves us from the noise of the main roads. We don't have any grand stories about our beginning; we just needed a place to work and this flat in Sences fit the bill perfectly. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense environment where we can just be ourselves and get our daily work finished without any unnecessary distractions.
