Ankur Hospital

Ankur Hospital has been operating out of the first floor of the Ram Chandra Housing Society for a long time. We are in the E Wing, which is right on the Pune Link Road in Kalyan East. The area around Tisgaon Naka is usually very busy with vehicles and people going about their business. Being in a housing society makes the hospital feel a bit different than those big glass buildings in the city center. We have been part of the Thane 421306 community for many years now. The hallway can get a bit noisy when it’s visiting hours, and the staff is always moving from one room to another. It’s a humble place with painted walls and simple beds. We deal with all sorts of medical issues that people in the neighborhood bring to us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch over to the generator, which is just part of living in this area. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated systems. It is just a hospital where the doctors and nurses work hard to help the folks who live nearby. There is a lot of routine involved, from the morning rounds to the late-night shifts. You might see the staff grabbing a quick bite at the local stalls outside during their breaks. It is a very grounded, local kind of place where everyone knows the way around and we help as many as possible.
