Anand Caterers

We've been running Anand Caterers for a while now. Our spot is right over in Wagle Estate, specifically at number 2, Kedar on Plot 17 in Sector 3. It's across from Sanjos Church. Most people around the neighborhood know where we are. We mostly handle food for local gatherings and small events. It’s a busy area with all the industries nearby, so things stay pretty active. We started out small and just kept going. The kitchen is usually where we spend most of our time. It gets hot, especially in the afternoons, but that's just part of the job. We focus on getting the food ready on time. Nothing fancy, just the regular work we do every day. Sometimes the traffic near the church gets a bit much when we're trying to load up the vans. My cousin helps out with the deliveries. We aren't a big fancy company or anything. Just some folks cooking and making sure the plates are full. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. People come by to talk about their menus, and we just sit down and figure it out. It's honest work. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it's a bit chaotic when a big order comes in. That's just how catering goes. We keep our supplies stocked up and the stoves burning. If you walk past the Kedar building, you can usually smell whatever we're prepping for the day. It's a lot of manual labor, washing pots and chopping vegetables for hours. We don’t have a big office staff. It's just us.
