You can find Amita Steel Corporation at E-1/5, near Avery on Kalyan Shil Road in Dombivli. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the trucks passing by on the main road. Our place is pretty functional. We’ve got stacks of steel and a small office area that’s mostly used for filing and drinking tea between tasks. It’s not the kind of office you’d see in a movie. It’s physical work and it keeps us moving. The weather in Dombivli can get really hot, and the shed gets like an oven sometimes, but we just get on with it. We don't have a website with fancy photos or a person to handle our social media. We just answer the phone and talk to whoever comes through the door. Most of our regulars are local guys who’ve been coming here for years. They know we’re just regular people. We try to be fair and keep things simple. No complicated contracts or long-winded meetings. We just check what’s in stock, give a price, and load the truck. It’s a straightforward way to run a business without making things harder than they need to be.
