Ambika Telecom

You can find Ambika Telecom over at Mira Road East in Thane, specifically in the Swastik Apt building. Our unit is B 6 404, which is up in Sector 9 of the Shanti Nagar area. It’s more of a home-office setup where we handle all the telecom stuff. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are looking at screens and paperwork. Shanti Nagar is a crowded part of Mira Road, so there’s always something happening downstairs. We deal with phone connections and other communication needs for the people around here. The 401107 area is quite large, but we’ve got a good handle on this specific sector. Our office is small, just a couple of desks and some wires everywhere. It’s not a storefront where you walk in off the street, since we are up in the apartment block. Usually, the day is filled with phone calls and trying to fix connection issues for our clients. We’ve been in Swastik Apt for a while now, and the neighbors all know what we do. It’s a quiet way to run a business compared to being on the main road. We don't have a big staff, just enough to keep the service running for everyone. It’s a basic operation, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Thane is a big place, but we like our corner of Mira Road. We usually keep some spare parts in the closet just in case someone needs a quick fix for their setup.
