We are down here on the ground floor of Shivam Palace. It’s a pretty busy spot on Chinchpada Road, especially with the Canara Bank ATM right nearby where people are always stopping. Alvi Tech. Services Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this space for a while now. The office isn't anything too fancy, just some desks and the tools we need for the day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we mostly just keep our heads down and get through the work. If you’re looking for us, look for the bank sign first since the palace entrance can be easy to miss if you're driving fast. We usually have a few guys coming in and out all day, grabbing gear or heading out to fix something for a client. It stays pretty cool inside even when the sun is hitting the pavement hard outside. Most of our mornings start with a quick check on the schedule and then we just get to it. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a few of us making sure everything runs like it’s supposed to. We see a lot of the local folks walking by every day. It's a decent area to work in, and being on the ground floor makes it easier when we have heavy parts to move around. We’ve got the regular routine down now. Usually, things get a bit quiet around lunchtime, and then we’re back at it until the evening. It’s a simple life here.
