Ala Civil Engineering Works (Ala Realty Pvt Ltd)

We are located in Shop No 4 at Arhan Apartment in Dombivli East. It is right on the Kalyan Sil Road, just across from the Datta Mandir. Being in Matre Nagar means we see a lot of the local growth happening every day. Our work at Ala Civil Engineering involves a lot of time on site, looking at foundations and checking how the construction is progressing. It isn't just sitting behind a desk. Most of the day is spent with boots on the ground, making sure the plans actually happen the way they are supposed to. Sometimes the weather in Thane makes it hard to keep a schedule, especially when the rains hit, but we manage. We handle the technical side of building things under Ala Realty. It’s a lot of coordination between different laborers and suppliers. We’ve been in this office for a bit now and the neighbors know us. It’s a straightforward operation here. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you’ll probably find someone with a tape measure or a set of drawings. We talk to people about their land or their building projects and try to give honest answers about what can be done. It’s hard work and the phone rings a lot, but that is the nature of civil works in a growing area like this. We just keep at it, day by day, trying to get the structures up and the paperwork finished properly.
