Al Otasion Group For Contract

We've been operating out of Kalwa for a while now. Specifically at the Om Sai Shradha apartment complex, C wing. Shastrinagar is a busy spot but we manage okay from the 408 office. It's mostly paperwork and coordinating things for the different contracts we handle. Sometimes the stairs are a hassle when the lift is slow, but we've got our routine down. We handle a lot of different projects, mostly stuff involving laborers and site management. It gets noisy in Thane, but being local helps us get to the sites faster. My cousin helps out with the books, and we have a couple of guys who are out in the field most of the day. We aren't a big fancy operation with glass walls or anything like that. Just a small office with a lot of files and a few computers. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, which makes the mornings tough, but we get the work done. People know where to find us if they need something sorted out regarding a contract or some site work. It's just how we run things here. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day tasks. If the phone rings, someone usually picks up, unless we're all out on a site visit. That's just the way it goes. We aren't into big meetings, just getting it done.
