You can find us at Flat No. 2 in Mayuresh Colony. We are right at the end of Lane No. 2 in Karve Nagar. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a nice area for Akshar Innovative Softech Private to be based. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it feels more like a home than a corporate workplace. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of cables running along the floor. We do a lot of software work here, mostly just sitting and typing for hours at a time. Sometimes we take a break and walk down the lane to get some fresh air. The colony is pretty peaceful, which helps when we are trying to figure out a difficult bug in the code. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or big marketing plans. We just take on the work that comes our way and try to finish it on time. The address is a bit hard for delivery drivers to find sometimes, but we usually just tell them to look for the building at the very end of the street. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can actually talk to each other without having to send emails across the room. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment, but we manage to make it work. Every day is different, and we keep things simple.
