We are located at Shop No 22 on the ground floor of Al Siddique Apartment. This is in Western Park, Ghodbunder, over in the Mira Road area. It’s a very accessible spot because we are right there on the ground floor, so people don’t have to worry about stairs or elevators when they are feeling unwell. Mira Road is a fast-growing place, and there are always new buildings going up around us. We serve as a general hospital for the neighborhood. Whether it’s a minor injury or a more serious illness, we see a bit of everything. The space isn't huge, but we’ve made sure to include the essential areas for patient care. It can get a bit loud with the traffic on Ghodbunder Road, but it’s a small price to pay for being so easy to find. We are a small team and we handle everything ourselves. There is no corporate office telling us what to do; we just look at what the patient needs and go from there. We’ve been in this shop for some time now and most of the people in Al Siddique and Western Park know us by name. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place. We don’t use any marketing tricks or big slogans. We just open our doors every morning and help whoever comes in. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy throughout the day.
