Being on the 4th floor means we have to use the lift or the stairs every day, which keeps us moving I guess. Motimahal is a decent building, nothing too modern but it is solid. Dombivli is a crowded place, but our office stays relatively tucked away because we are higher up. We spend most of our time here dealing with transport-related tasks. It is not a flashy office or anything. It just has the desks and the chairs we need. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we would like. The 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding rooftops, which is nice when we take a break. We have been here for some time and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. Most of our neighbors in the society are families, so it has a very residential feel even while we are working. It is a straightforward place to work. We don't really do much besides the daily tasks we have. People usually call us before coming over because the 4th floor is a bit of a climb. It is just a regular spot in a regular part of Maharashtra. We have been at this Motimahal location for years now and it suits us just fine.
