We've been at 604 Centre Court for a while now. It is right behind Sharanam Hotel, so finding us isn't too hard once you get near the New Rto Office in Thane West. Most of us here just show up, grab some tea from the stall nearby, and get to work. The office isn't anything fancy, but it gets the job done. Thane is busy these days, and the traffic around the RTO area can be a bit much in the mornings. We usually spend the day looking at data and handling requests that come in. It’s a small group of us mostly. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever, which gives us a chance to chat with the other people working in the same block. It feels like a regular workplace where everyone knows each other’s names. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria or anything like that. We just bring our lunch boxes and eat together at the desks. The 400604 pin code area has changed a lot since we started. There are more shops and cafes around now. Adventity India Private Limited is basically just us doing our thing every day. It’s a quiet spot even with the city noise outside. We keep things pretty simple. There aren’t many meetings that could’ve been emails, which is nice. Just work, some tea breaks, and heading home before the evening rush gets too bad. That's how things go here at our Thane office.
