Advend Innovations Private Limited

We operate out of a shop in Balaji Colony 4. It’s Shop No-1 on Haji Malang Road in Piswali, which is over in Kalyan East. It’s a busy spot in Thane. Advend Innovations Private Limited is a small team. We aren't based in one of those huge industrial estates. We’re right there on the road where all the local action is. It’s a very grounded place to be. You hear the traffic and the people walking by all day. Our office is basically just a room with some desks and our gear. We don't have any flashy decorations. We started this because we wanted to have our own thing close to where we live. Kalyan East is a growing area, and it feels good to be part of the local scene. We don’t follow a strict corporate dress code or anything. Most days we just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. If someone stops by, they usually just find us busy with some project. We don’t have a lot of time for fluff or big talks. We just try to get the orders done and keep things moving. It’s a simple life. We like the shop because it’s easy to get to and everyone around here is friendly. It’s a real, working-class environment and that suits us just fine. We've got a small fan that rattles a bit when it's on high, but it keeps the shop cool enough in the summer. We don't have any big slogans on our walls.
