The office for Advantage India Consulting Pvt Ltd is at 205 B, Ashish Palace on Navghar Road in Bhayander East, Thane. It’s on the second floor of the building. Bhayander is a busy place, and Navghar Road is usually humming with activity from early morning. The building itself is a bit older, and the stairs can be a little dusty. We have a small office space that we’ve tried to make as efficient as possible. There’s a main room where most of us sit and a smaller cabin that we use for storage mostly. It’s not a very big place, but it serves our needs. We have a couple of ceiling fans that work pretty hard during the summer months. The windows look out onto the street, so there is always something to watch if you take a break. We are a small team and we’ve been working out of this location for a few years. It’s handy because the station is not too far away, so it’s easy for everyone to get here. We don't have a big staff or a lot of bells and whistles. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. It’s a very practical way to run things. Sometimes the electricity flickers, but we have a small backup system that keeps the computers going. It’s just a normal office.
