Adroitstaffing

The Adroitstaffing office is in the Om Chaitanya Housing Society over in Shanti Park. It’s in Mira Road East, which is part of the Thane district. Being inside a housing society means it feels a lot less like a cold office building and more like a part of the community. We have rooms 202 and 203 on the second floor. It’s a busy residential area, so there are always kids playing or people walking around outside. We do staffing work, so the phones are usually ringing most of the morning. It’s a bit of a maze to find us the first time you visit, but once you know the building, it’s quite easy. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of folders and paperwork. We have big windows that let in some good light, which is nice to have during the long days. Mira Road is a fast-growing place, so there’s always something new being built nearby. Getting here from the railway station takes about ten minutes in an auto-rickshaw. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Just a simple door with our name on a small plaque. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to match people with different jobs. We take turns bringing in snacks for the afternoon break to keep us going. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We’ve been in this spot for a few years and it suits our needs just fine. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon.
