Our base is at Flat 36 in Building Number 1, over in Vijay Nagari Society. It’s in Thane West, under the 400603 pin code. Being in Maharashtra, we see a lot of activity and movement every single day. The society is quite large and can be confusing, but once you find Building 1, we are right there. It’s more of a residential-style setup that we turned into an office, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold corporate building. We handle recruitment and staffing tasks from here. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, mostly. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a polished image. We just work hard at our desks and try to stay organized. The view from the window is mostly just other buildings and the street below us. We’ve been part of this Thane neighborhood for a good while. People around here know us as the place to go if they need help with employment stuff. We keep our operations very simple. We don’t use big mission statements or corporate slogans. We just try to match the right person with the right job. It’s a busy life in Thane, and we are just one small part of it. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. We like it here. It feels real and honest compared to the big city offices.
