Down here in Navi Mumbai, specifically at 181 Tirthrup in Bindu Madhav Nagar, we run our daily operations. It is a busy part of the city, and being in the 400708 pin code means there is always something happening right outside our windows. Our building is called Tirthrup, and it is a pretty standard setup for a business like ours in this area. We have been here long enough that we know most of the people on the street by their first names. Inside, the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are much more focused on getting the actual work finished. We spend most of our hours looking at files and handling the different requests that come in through the mail or from people stopping by. It is not a huge office, just a few rooms where we keep our equipment and old records. Digha can get pretty crowded during the day, so finding a parking spot near us is sometimes a bit of a headache for anyone visiting. We usually suggest people just take the local transport if they can. The climate here means the ceiling fans are always spinning, and we drink a lot of tea to get through the afternoon slump. It is a straightforward environment without any of the bells or whistles you see in big corporate offices. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay ahead of the schedule. Every day is a little bit different, but the location stays the same.
