We've been here at the TSS CPM ACC Complex on LBS Marg for a long time now. If you know Thane, you know how busy this stretch of road gets. It’s always noisy with trucks and cars outside, but inside the complex, it’s just the usual day-to-day work. Most of us here have spent years navigating the traffic to get to this office in Thane West. The building itself is quite established, and you can see the history of the company in the walls and the old desks. We handle the local operations from here, making sure things move along as they should. It’s not a fancy glass building like the ones you see in the city center nowadays, but it’s solid. People around here know the ACC name mostly because of the site, and we’ve become a bit of a landmark on the Marg. Lunchtimes usually mean grabbing something quick from the nearby stalls or just sitting in the breakroom talking about the weekend. There isn't any big secret to how we work; we just show up, do the paperwork, and coordinate with the sites. It’s a practical place for practical work. Sometimes the rains in Maharashtra make the commute a nightmare, but we’re used to it by now. The office layout is simple, and we don't have those fancy lounge areas, just desks and files. It’s home for us during the week, and we just keep the wheels turning without making a big fuss about it.
