Abhishek Kulkarni & Associates

Our office, Abhishek Kulkarni & Associates, is located in Sapphire Heights. We are in wing 6A, on the 11th floor, room 1102. The building is part of the Lokhandwala Complex on Akurli Road in Kandivali East. It’s a pretty well-known area in Mumbai 400101. We are right near the Lokhandwala Foundation School, so there are usually a lot of school buses and parents around in the mornings. Being on a higher floor means we get a bit of a view, though we are mostly looking at our screens all day. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here. The office is just a regular room where we keep all our records and do our work. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for us. Akurli Road can be quite a bottleneck during rush hour, so we try to time our commutes. We’ve been operating from this address for some time. We don’t have a big reception or anything like that. People who come to see us usually just knock and come in. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through files. It’s a quiet enough spot once you are inside the building. We like it here because it feels like a safe and established neighborhood. We just keep doing what we do every day without any complications or extra drama.
