A V Patankar & Associates is located in Shop A 2 within Kohinoor Society. You’ll find us tucked away in Ravi Industries Lane here in Thane West. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which helps when we are trying to focus on paperwork. We have been in this shop for some time now. The lane can get a little crowded with delivery trucks sometimes because of the industrial units nearby. Inside, it’s mostly desks and stacks of files. We aren’t really into the whole modern office look with glass walls and all that. It’s a functional space. We come in early, settle down with some tea, and start going through the day's tasks. Being in a society like Kohinoor means we know the neighbors pretty well. We see the same faces every morning. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but most people who need us know the way by now. We handle things as they come. There’s no big hierarchy here, just a few of us working together to get the jobs finished. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when deadlines are close, but we manage. We’ve stayed in this part of Thane because it’s central for everyone. It’s just a regular office doing regular work. We don't try to be anything we aren't and just keep things moving along.
