We’re based out of Tapasya CHS Ltd in Sector 10, Airoli. Specifically, we’re in B/24, 2/1. It’s a quiet residential area in Navi Mumbai which makes it a nice place to focus on work. We deal with a mix of IT and marine resources, which sounds like an odd combination but it makes sense to us. Our office is more of a functional space than a showroom. We have files, computers, and maps of various areas we deal with. Being in Airoli means we’re close enough to the main hubs but tucked away enough to avoid the worst of the traffic. We’ve been operating here in Maharashtra for a while now. Most of our day is spent coordinating between different teams and making sure the technical side of marine logistics is handled. It’s not always easy, as things can change quickly in this industry. We don't have a big corporate structure. There are just a few of us who handle everything from the admin work to the technical support. We prefer it that way because we can talk to each other directly without a bunch of meetings. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and has served us well. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. We just want to get the job done and make sure our clients have what they need. It’s a steady pace of work and we like the routine of being here in Sector 10.
