3Cos Innovative (Opc) Private Limited is over in Mumbra, at a place called Nice City in Village Shilphata. We are in Flat 404 on the 4th floor of Wing A-2. It’s a bit of a distance from the main Thane hub, but it works for us. The building is a typical residential-commercial mix. We’ve converted this flat into our main office space. It’s got everything we need to run the business without needing to pay for a fancy downtown address. We have a couple of desks, some shelves for files, and a few computers. It’s a quiet spot most of the time. We started this as a one-person company because it was the simplest way to get going. Now, we just focus on the work at hand. We don’t spend money on expensive furniture or decor. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar. We prefer it that way. It’s practical and keeps our overhead low. The area around Shilphata is developing fast, so there’s always something new being built nearby. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction, but we just close the windows. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. It’s a basic, functional space where we get things done. We like it here because it is simple and affordable.
