37Melooha Llp is located up on the fourth floor of Fortune Srushti, Wing A. We are over in the Yewalewadi area of Pune, right across from the Sinhgad Institute. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is being slow, but we don’t mind. The view from the office is actually pretty decent. We chose this spot because it’s a bit away from the main city chaos. It feels a bit more open out here. Inside, it’s a pretty standard setup. We’ve got our workstations and a small area where we keep the kettle. Most of the day is spent focused on our projects. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a small group of us. We started this because we had some ideas we wanted to try out. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just handle the business ourselves. The commute can be a bit long depending on where everyone lives, but Pune is like that. We like the neighborhood. It’s got a good vibe with all the students from the institute nearby. There’s always somewhere to get a tea or a snack. We just keep our heads down and do what we do. It’s an honest way to make a living and we’re glad to have our own space here in Pune. It’s not perfect, but it’s ours.
