We are based in the Residency Classic building, specifically in A101 of the Presidency wing. It's part of the County CHS in Mira Road East, right across from the petrol pump. It’s a busy corner of the neighborhood and there is always something going on outside. We started Bal-Man Agrotech to work on agricultural technology and supplies from right here in the city. It might seem a little strange to have an agrotech company in a residential building, but it works fine for us. We do a lot of the planning and coordination from our desks in this apartment. We don't have a warehouse on-site; that's all handled at a different location. Mostly, we are on our computers or phones making sure the deliveries are going where they need to go. Mira Road is a growing place, and we like being part of it as it changes. The office is often a bit cluttered with samples and piles of paperwork, but that’s just how we work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or fancy chairs. We just want to make sure the farmers we work with get what they need on time. Some days the traffic noise outside makes it hard to hear ourselves, but we stay focused on the tasks. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to keep things running. We don't spend much on advertising, we just focus on the orders.
