U S P College Of Education

We started U S P College Of Education here in Tenkasi quite some time ago. Our place is tucked away in U.S.P Nagar. It isn't a massive, sprawling campus like you might see in the big cities, but it works for what we need. Mostly, we focus on training folks who want to get into teaching as a career. The atmosphere around here is usually pretty quiet, which helps the students focus when they are in the middle of their lectures. People in the neighborhood know where we are, and we don't bother much with big signs or loud advertising. We have the usual classrooms and a small library that stays fairly busy during the exam months. It is just a regular college where students come to get their degrees. Tenkasi is a good town, and being located in U.S.P Nagar means the local transport is easy enough for everyone. We spend a lot of our time on the practical side of things. Sometimes the walls could use a bit of fresh paint and the desks have some scratches from years of use, but everything is functional. Our staff are local people who have been in the education field for a long time. They don't try to sound like experts; they just share what they've learned over the years. Students come from the nearby villages and we try to keep things organized for them. There is plenty of paperwork to handle every day, but we just get on with it. It’s a simple, honest way to run a college.
