Nandani Steel

The shop for Nandani Steel is over in Kribhconagar on Sounders Road. We are pretty close to the Sweet Residency building, which makes it easier for people to find us since this part of town can get a little confusing with all the new construction going on lately. The traffic on Sounders Road never really lets up until late in the evening. It’s a bit of a dusty business, dealing with steel all day, but that’s just how it goes when you’re handling heavy materials and metal rods. We have stacks of different things piled up in the back and near the loading area. The sound of metal hitting metal is something you hear all day long here. It gets loud when the trucks come in to drop off new stock or when someone is picking up a large order. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk with some papers and a few chairs for when people need to sit down and talk about what they need for their building projects. Most of the people around here know us as the steel place near the apartments. Most of the guys working here have been around for a while and know where everything is kept, even if it looks a bit messy to someone just walking in. We spend a lot of time checking the weights and making sure the counts are right.
