Sasi E.M.School

We've been here on Society Road in Tanuku for a while now. Most people around here know where we are. It’s usually pretty loud in the mornings when the buses pull up and the parents drop off their kids. We have some classrooms that get a bit hot in the summer, but we try to keep the fans going as much as possible. The teachers show up early and stay late grading papers or just talking about how the day went in the staff room. It isn’t some fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a school. We have a playground area that gets a lot of dust when the wind picks up, and the kids always come back inside with dirty knees. That’s just how it is here. Most of our staff live nearby, so we see each other at the market too. We focus on the books and making sure the kids know their math and English. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when there’s a local festival or if the rain starts coming down hard on the roof. We just keep things moving along. You’ll find the office right at the front, though it’s usually piled up with notebooks and supplies that need sorting. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. It's just a place for learning. The bell rings at the same time every day, and we all just do our jobs the best we can without much fuss.
