You can find us at 93 Bazaar Street, which is right in the middle of things here in Thiyagadurugam. Being on the bazaar street means there is always something going on outside our door. It’s noisy, there are people everywhere, and the tea stalls nearby are always busy. We’ve been operating from this building for a good while. We handle a lot of different things, mostly moving goods around and dealing with various suppliers. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists to make sure everything is where it should be. The office isn't very big, and we have papers stacked up on most of the desks, but we know where everything is. It might look a bit messy to someone walking in from the street, but it works for us. We don’t really go for the corporate look. We prefer to just talk to people plainly and get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, or the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. That’s just part of life here. Our team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don’t have a fancy website or a lot of advertisements. Most people know us through word of mouth or because they walk past us every day on the way to the market. We just keep our heads down and keep the business moving as best as we can.
