Satyam Computers

We are located over at 13, Parthasarathy Reddy Street here in Chennai. It’s a narrow enough street but plenty of people find their way to Satyam Computers. We’ve been around this part of Tamil Nadu for a while now. The shop isn't very large, but we have enough room for the towers and monitors we work on. Usually, it’s just me and a couple of others handling whatever comes through the door. Some days it is just dusty keyboards and other days people bring in laptops that won’t even turn on. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting lounge with magazines. You just walk in, tell us what’s wrong with the machine, and we see if we can fix it. The 600118 area is pretty active, so there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out like everyone else on the block. We use old wooden desks that have been here since we opened. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s a place where we actually open up the hardware and get our hands dirty. People in the neighborhood know us by name, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a reliable spot on Parthasarathy Reddy Street where you can get your computer looked at without any fuss or trouble.
