Rithika Dream Home

Our office, Rithika Dream Home, is located at Door No 5/36 on Pillaiyar Koil Street in Medavakkam. We are quite close to the Perumal Temple, which is a big landmark in our part of Chennai. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now, helping people with their homes. It’s a local operation, and we don't try to act like we're some big city firm. It’s just us in a small office, surrounded by plans and house files. We spend a lot of our time talking to families who want to build or fix up a house. It can be a bit stressful for them, so we try to keep things simple. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up every morning and get to work on whatever project is on the desk. Medavakkam is growing fast, so there's always something new happening on our street. We know the area well and we know the people here. Sometimes we're out at a construction site all day, and other times we're here at the office doing the boring paperwork. We just take it as it comes. It’s good work and we like seeing a project go from a few lines on a page to a real building that someone can live in. If you're near the temple, you can't miss our place. We are just here doing our bit for the community every day.
