You can find us at 109, Jawaharlal Nehru Road in Arumbakkam. It’s right there on the main stretch, so the noise from the traffic is basically the soundtrack to our lives. We’ve been running this agency for a while, mostly helping people find houses or shops to rent or buy. It's a lot of legwork, honestly. We spend half our time out on the streets and the other half back at the shop writing things down. We aren't fancy and we don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a regular place where we keep our keys and our ledgers. The Arumbakkam area has changed so much since we started, with new buildings popping up everywhere. We try to keep track of it all so we can tell people what’s actually worth looking at. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we eventually sort it out. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If a place has problems, we usually tell you. That’s just how we were taught to do business. Most of our clients come from word of mouth anyway. We like it that way because it means people trust us enough to tell their friends. It's just a local business trying to do right by the neighbors. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help someone find a decent place to live.
