Our office is right there on GNT Road in Kanakan Chatram. It’s a straightforward little place at No 110. We spend a lot of our time looking at land and talking to people about where they want to live or build. Ponniamman Medu is where we’re based, and we know the local area quite well. It's not like the big offices in the city center. We keep things pretty casual. People drop by to ask about plots or just to see what’s available in the neighborhood. We spend a good chunk of the day out on the road, checking on different sites and making sure everything is in order. The traffic on GNT Road is always a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We have maps and files scattered around the desk most of the time. It’s a lot of checking documents and talking to owners. We don't really do the big sales pitches. We just show what we have and let the land speak for itself. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, and other days we don’t have a minute to sit down. It’s a local business and we like being part of the community here. Dealing with property is mostly about knowing the right people and the right spots. We don't use any fancy tricks, just real talk about what is available. That’s what we do at Ndr Estates.
