This branch of Regaliaa Realty is located at 345/5 VOC Street in Sadanandapuram, which is part of the Srinivasa Nagar area in Chennai. It is a bit further out than some other parts of the city, but it is a growing neighborhood with a lot of new construction happening all around us lately. The office is a simple building that serves as our main home base for all the property work we do in this specific part of town. We spend a lot of our time out on actual sites, so the office is often half-empty during the middle of the day. When we are here, it is mostly to fill out various forms or take phone calls from people asking about available plots of land. We have got a couple of old chairs for visitors and a main desk that is usually buried under a pile of site plans and local maps. It is not the kind of place where you will see people walking around in expensive suits. We are usually just wearing plain clothes because we are often walking through dusty construction spots or muddy fields. The street outside can get a bit messy when it rains heavily, but that is just part of being in an area that is still being developed. We have been here long enough to know the local layout like the back of our hand. People just drop in when they have questions.
