Interior Design

Our place is called Interior Design, which is a bit of a plain name, but it says exactly what we do. We are located on 8th Street in Kodungaiyur. If you are coming from the Bharathi Nagar Bridge in Thiruvallur Nagar, we are very close to that. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we stay pretty busy with home renovations and small kitchen updates. It’s a small office and we don't have a fancy showroom with lights and displays. We prefer to spend our time at the actual houses we are working on rather than sitting behind a desk all day. Doing interiors involves a lot of dusty site visits and talking to electricians or painters. We’ve seen all kinds of houses in this part of Chennai, from old ones that need a total overhaul to new apartments that just need some basic woodwork. We don’t have a polished speech for people who walk in. We just show up, look at the space, and tell you what can be done with the budget you have. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the bridge traffic makes it hard to get around, but we manage to get to our sites. We’ve been here in Kodungaiyur long enough that the neighbors know us by name. We take care of the painting, the wood fittings, and everything in between. It isn't always perfect, but we put in the effort to make sure the job gets finished. Just a local team doing local work for local people.
