Kalpar Engineers Private Limited is based out of Plot No. 1809 in Phase Iv of Gidc. This area is very industrial, which is exactly where we need to be to get things done. We have got a lot of space here to work on our engineering projects. The workshop is usually humming with the sound of machines from early morning. We deal with various engineering tasks every single day. It is not the kind of place where you will find people in polished shoes or clean shirts. We are usually wearing heavy boots and getting our hands dirty with oil and metal shavings. The Gidc area is huge, but Plot No. 1809 is our little corner of it where we feel comfortable. We have a solid team at Kalpar Engineers Private Limited. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how each other works without having to say much. We do not use much fancy language to describe our daily routines. We just look at the plans and get to work on the floor. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the whole day fixing them, but that is just how it goes in this business. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big scene about it. It is a practical environment. We do not have a big fancy office, just a small space for the paperwork.
