We've been at Prathik Palace for a while now. It's on Kosad Road in the Amroli area. People around Raghuveer Society usually know where we are because of the sign out front. It’s not a huge office or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and talk to folks about where they need to go. Surat gets busy, and Amroli is no different, so we try to keep things quiet inside. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the tea gets cold before we can drink it, but that's just how the day goes here. We handle a lot of paperwork. Tickets, schedules, that kind of stuff. It’s mostly just making sure the names are spelled right and the dates match up. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine that does everything. Just a regular place. Most people stop by after work or when they’re running errands around the market. If you’re coming from the main road, look for the second floor. We usually have some stacks of papers on the desks. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The traffic on Kosad Road is definitely louder than it used to be. But we’re still here in the same spot, doing the same work every day. It's nothing special, really, just a place to get your travel stuff sorted out without much fuss.
