Icici Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd.

We’re over in the E Building of Govindji Park, specifically at unit 103. This is on Umra Gam Road, near Icchanath Road in Surat. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of people moving around. Being an insurance office, things at Icici Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. can be a little dry. We spend most of our time looking at forms and talking to people about their policies. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important for the families around here. The office has that typical smell of old paper and printer ink. We have a few chairs for people to sit in while they wait to talk to someone. It’s a small space, so it can get a bit loud when there are three or four conversations going on at once. We don't have any fancy coffee machines or lounge areas. We just have our desks and our computers. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re all familiar with the local area. Sometimes the parking out front of Govindji Park is a nightmare, so we usually tell people to come early. We’re just a group of regular employees trying to keep the records straight and help people figure out their insurance stuff. It’s a simple, functional office that does what it’s supposed to do every day. We don't use big words or try to be fancy, we just do the paperwork.
