Yash Fashion is located at No. 2104-05 inside the Jai Shri Ram Market. It’s right near NTM on Ring Road, which is a very busy part of town. We’ve got two units joined together to make enough room for all the stock we carry. Most days, it’s just us here, moving boxes and hanging up new items that arrived in the morning. The market is always buzzing with noise, and you can hear the traffic from the road outside all day long. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we are used to it by now. We mostly sell readymade garments for men and women. The shelves are usually packed quite tight because we try to fit a lot in. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific size right away, but we eventually get there. We started this business because we wanted to do something for ourselves in the local market. It’s a lot of long hours, especially during the festival seasons when everyone is out shopping. We don’t really have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know the other shopkeepers around here pretty well. We often share tea in the afternoons when things slow down for a few minutes. It’s a simple life, just running the shop and making sure we stay stocked up. We don’t do anything fancy, just standard retail work in a busy market. It keeps us going day to day.
