We started Wcc Computers at 302 Udhna Bopal Cross Road because we noticed there weren't many places nearby to get computer stuff sorted out. It’s a small office space, mostly filled with spare parts, old monitors, and cables. We spend our days fixing laptops that won't turn on or trying to recover files that people thought were gone forever. It's not a glamorous job, and the shop is often a bit messy with open computer cases and screwdrivers lying around. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you come in, you'll probably see one of us hunched over a motherboard with a soldering iron. We try to explain what’s wrong with the machines in plain English, not that technical talk that confuses everyone. We sell some parts too, like keyboards or mice, if we have them in stock at 302. Most of our work comes from people in the Udhna area who have heard about us from their friends. We don't do big advertisements. We just fix what's broken and charge a fair price for the time it took us. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we have to call the customer to explain why. It’s just how it goes with electronics. We’re usually here from morning until late evening, especially when there’s a difficult job to finish. It’s just us and the machines at the Bopal Cross Road spot.
