You can find us at 102 on CST Road in the Umarwada Takara area. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. Most people know us because they need their printers sorted or their computers are acting up again. It’s a small shop, packed with parts and ink bottles. It gets a bit dusty with all the hardware moving in and out, but that’s the nature of the job. We aren’t trying to be a big fancy corporation. We are just local guys who understand how these machines work. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of deliveries arriving at once. We usually have a radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a lot of hands-on stuff, getting ink on our fingers and opening up old towers. People drop off their gear and we tell them we’ll take a look. We don’t use any complicated jargon. If something is broken, we just say it’s broken and try to fix it. The neighborhood is lively, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go on CST Road, but we’ve managed to stay put. We like being part of the local scene here. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up at night. There is always a stack of repairs waiting for us, so we stay pretty focused on the tasks.
