Our office is located in Shop No 3 inside Raj Market. This part of Surat on Ring Road is always moving. It is right opposite MG Market, so there is constant noise from the street and people carrying goods back and forth. We have been working from this small space for years. It's not a large area, but it fits what we need. We have a few computers and some benches for customers who are waiting for their tickets or for the bus to arrive. Being on Ring Road means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are regular travelers who work in the textile markets, and others are just passing through. The address is 395002 if you are looking it up on a map. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we manage to keep the bookings going. We don't do much fancy advertising. Most people just see our sign when they are walking through Raj Market. It can get quite crowded in the afternoons when the market is at its peak. We usually have the door open to catch a breeze, even if it brings in the city sounds. It is a simple setup. We focus on getting people from one place to another without making things complicated. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us here.
